PCRS
Access to the Payer Solutions Claim Routing System (PCRS) for claim status and claim entry.

ProviderLink
Access to ProviderLink, to receive notification of a precertification denial, potential high-dollar case, case management opportunity, or to request clinical information.

Service Request Platform (SRP)
The Service Request Platform (SRP) is your one-stop tool for submitting tickets related to anything from password resets to repricing questions. Your inquiry will be automatically routed to the appropriate resource that can respond to your request. Requires unique ID and password.

Access to the TruCare application, a member-centric care management solution that provides case, disease, and utilization management.
